Karissa went on her first canoe trip this weekend. She was all excited in the beginning, enjoying the water and animals but this quickly turned to whining and finally desperation as she pleaded with us to "turn around"! It WAS very hot and the river was not moving AT ALL. We toughed it out for a couple hours then called for our ride to come and get us! It was a fun experience but we'll have to try it again on a different river and not when it's so hot!!!
