I volunteered at Karissa's Track and Field day yesterday (I made sure to tell her coach that i am NOT athletic but happy to help out). They had lots of fun activities and could each compete in a couple of area for ribbons. Karissa chose the short run and softball throw and recieved second place for both=) It was a muggy day but could have been much worse if it had not been overcast and breezy!
